Withdrawal Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

No fees will be charged for this repayment.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if:

• the consumer has expressly agreed that the Provider shall begin with the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• the consumer has confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal by giving this consent.

Before completing the purchase, the Customer must expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal.

If these conditions are fulfilled, no right of withdrawal exists once delivery of the digital content has begun.

Important Notes

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.

Entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.
